This was a logo for a residential complex in the South Bronx. I didn't have much to go on except for the actual word "Crescendo". It is defined as a gradual increase in the volume of a musical passage. The concepts I created feature many elements associated with musical terms. The final logo was made to represent the increase in sound by showing the rectangular bars getting larger from the bottom all the way to the top, and then taking the shape of a residential building.
